Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Services

Adwita Enterprises provides residential and commercial interior design services including consultation, design conceptualization, 2D/3D drawings, material selection, project planning, execution, and site supervision. The detailed scope of work will be clearly defined in the official quotation or agreement shared with the client.

2. Quotations & Pricing

• All quotations are valid for the period mentioned in the proposal.
• Prices are subject to change if material costs increase.
• Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be charged separately.
• GST and applicable taxes will be charged as per government regulations.

3. Payment Terms

• An advance payment is required before project commencement.
• Payments must be made as per the milestone schedule.
• Delayed payments may result in project suspension.
• All payments made are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing.

4. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimated based on scope and site conditions. Delays caused by client revisions, late approvals, material unavailability, force majeure events, or site-related issues shall not be the responsibility of Adwita Enterprises.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate measurements and site access.
• Approve designs and materials within reasonable time.
• Ensure timely payments.
• Provide uninterrupted site access during execution.

6. Changes & Revisions

Any design changes requested after final approval may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments. Major structural modifications are subject to feasibility and safety compliance.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All design concepts, drawings, renderings, and creative materials remain the intellectual property of Adwita Enterprises until full payment is received. Unauthorized use, duplication, or sharing of designs without consent is strictly prohibited.

8. Warranty & Liability

Warranty for materials and fittings is subject to manufacturer policies. Adwita Enterprises shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the project.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In case of termination, payments for completed work and materials procured shall be payable immediately.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karnataka.
